Maburaho: Episode 17

Akai-sensei and her brother played a little trick on students. After a regular magic-diagnostic check-up, the doctor revealed that Nakamaru is the carrier of the world’s most desirable genes. Nakamaru’s reaction is far from Kazuki’s, though. In fact, he responded the opposite way. Let’s say, I knew what it was heading. Instead of abandoning Kazuki-san, the trio — Rin-chan, Yuuna-san, and Kuriko-san — predictable opted to stand by him no matter how useless he is as a ghost. After all the hoopla, Akai-sensei later on said that Nakamaru’s diagnosis is incorrect.

The purpose of all this charade is quite unknown. The siblings are ambiguous in their actions. You never know if they are supposedly the villains of they have another agenda. It’s probably some twist to be revealed at the last minute. It is an okay episode. It wasn’t annoying yet it wasn’t the greatest either. At least, I have none of the usual complaints this time.
