Mr. 3’s power is to create and manipulate wax. He managed to imprison Zoro, Nami, Vivi, and the big-dude-what’s-his-name. Luffy, Ussop, and Karoo are being played with by Mr. 5 and his partner. In short, the crew is quite screwed at this point. While they are in a tight pinch, Sanji is nowhere to be found. He’s off somewhere else doing god-knows-what.
