Peace Maker Kurogane: Episode 17

My speculations for the previous episode were completely off from the real thing. I suppose, Suzu’s master is indeed the real villain of the series. However, I am utterly disappointed with the way it turned out with the psychotic Lordship. The battle between two sides were not enough to satisfy the whole build up the author set early on the series. Since it wasn’t for certain if the Okita-san impostor and his Lordship are dead, it is possible that they will come soon. I have to wait then. At least, I get to see Saitoh-san once again. He is damn weird yet still likeable.

Peace Maker Kurogane has a somewhat schizophrenic feel to it. It seems like it cannot decide what path they are going to pursue. Despite all this confusing madness, I look forward for the next episode.

One thing that I love about this show is the titles for each episodes. It is composed of a single word and is a metaphor for the whole storyline for the half hour. Next week, Episode 18 Rain.
