Kenran: Episode 07

Before anything else, has anyone ever noticed that Milch’s attire seems Village People-ish? Or is it just me? Every time I see him on screen, I get a kick out of it. Imagine him and what’s-his-name talking dolphin going out for the night and picking up ladies. Such a funny sight.
While I’m starting to enjoy watching the two lover-boys *snicker*, I could not help but notice my slight annoyance in Enora. The selfish attitude makes up most of the reason why I got irritated. Now that she assumes the role of little sister to Grahm, maybe she’ll act less troublesome in the future. That’s wishful thinking, I know.
The new semi-villain Kubernes reminds me of old-style character design. With his metal right arm ala FMA’s Ed, his smooth manner of talking, and the mysterious persona, I’m expecting good things when he’s around. Although he accepted a contract from Anna to retrieve Enora from the Aurora, he has high regard to Elizabeth and her crew. His motives nowadays are dictated by money, or so he says. He provided the most interesting teaser of the episode, he hinted of the importance of Grahm’s pendant.
I’m warming up to the show’s OP and ED themes, especially the latter. It’s a nice melody to listen while reading.
