Konjiki no Gash Bell: Episode 29

Have I mentioned before how fugly most of the demons are in Gash? Very odd preferences for character designs. But of course, that is the charm.

The episode is a continuation of the Kiyo-Gash-Megumi-Tio’s supposed group date in a theme park. While waiting for Megumi and Tio, Kiyo and Gash decided to amuse themselves with some of the attractions. However, they saw a blonde fugly demon and it’s bookkeeper who were about to wreak havoc at the place. Reason why they want to destroy the park? Because the little demon could not meet the height requirement for one of the rides. *snort* Earlier on, Gash cried his eyes out when he found out he was too short to enjoy the same ride. Anyway, Kiyo and Gash initiated the first attack to misdirect their attention to them. They let the pair chase them to a crowdless area and the fight begins. Unfortunately for the duo, the blonde-haired demon with its keeper were partnered with a lizard-type demon who complements each others attacks. So double teaming ensues with Kiyo and Gash in big trouble. At the last minute Megumi and Tio arrives and unleashed a defensive shield to thwart a killer attack.

I am assuming that next episode would conclude this match. Could a Megu-Tio and Kiyo-Gash partnership flourish after this? BTW, I’m envious of Matthew since he already seen episode 55. I’m totally at the mercy of the subbers.
