Kyou Kara Mao: Episode 03

After the embarrassing defeat, Wolfram seems to accept Yuuri as the kingdom’s Mao (or perhaps as his fiance as well?). While I find Gunther’s affection more Yuuri enjoyable, the interaction with Yuuri could be much more amusing. It’s probably me but I am getting mixed signals from Conrad. He should be some sort of father figure to Yuuri but there’s a different kind of energy between them too. Gwendal, well, he is still the cool, mysterious, tough guy who seems to be the most authoritative figure in the bunch. Of course, he’ll protect Yuuri from harm too.

For a supposedly shallow series, it’s quite ambitious of them to tackle such a huge issue regarding race and racism. I am wondering how they are going to deal with this human versus sorcerers thing.

Oh, and Yuuri is such a player. (^_^)
