Shura no Toki: Episode 05

Yet another blah episode of Syuratoki.

The daughter of the feudal lord took a particular on the trio, Shiori, Iori, and especially Yankumo. As Hime-sama showed her interest in Yankumo, Shiori grew depressed with jealousy and self-pity. Ah, yes. There’s nothing like impressing the person you like by wallowing in self-pity. So she packed up her bags and decided to go back home and spend the rest of her life mourning for her parents and the caretaker. That earned a WTF-reaction. This girl has some serious issues.

While Shiori is experiencing self-doubt, the heads of the dojo which Yankumo effortlessly defeated last episode planned a sneak attack on him. Too bad they were no match for him.

Am I smelling a development of an arc? Okay, I lied. The last quarter of the episode was a little more entertaining than usual. The cliffhanger of sorts even made me want to continue watching the next episode.
