Gantz: Episode 08

I was expecting more action but all I get is a lot of annoying people talking nonsense. But then again creepy guy Nishi brightened up my day and trashed talked those individuals around him. How nice.

Nishi comes off mean, rude, and arrogant but for some reason he is best character in the series. So far, anyway. The way he spoken his impressions on each one of them was worth a standing ovation. And when he continually pointed out how annoying the Kishimoto girl has been acting was indeed priceless. I’ll be an apprentice to your teachings, Nishi-sensei.

Honestly, the three leads are getting to my nerves. Kishimoto is just useless (Her job description for this part is mainly to be whiny and to be naked). Katou is a hypocrite (His holier-than-thou attitude should be stopped). And Kurono is plain spineless. Eh, I still have my hopes up for Kurono. He’ll hopefully kick some alien butts later on, assuming there’s a sequel. For now, he’s sort-of an amusing, pathetic, horny character.

The next episode should be interesting. Let’s see how Kurono would cope with his lack of the tight-fitting outfit.
