Sailormoon Live Action: Episode 35

Even with the mushy lovey-dovey stuff going on, I enjoyed this episode.

Mio was revealed as Queen Beryl’s shadow. She faked an injury to trap Mamuro into her lair. However, as a form of rebellion,, Kunzeite interfered with her plans. During the struggle, he managed to injure Mamuro causing him to snap out of Mio’s spell.

Meanwhile, Minako and Zoicite become temporary allies in order to satisfy both parties’ wishes to break Usagi and Mamuro apart from each other. When the plan to erase Mamuro out of Usagi’s memories, Minako realizes her mistake. So they helped Mamuro out. Venus apologizes to the Princess. Thanks to Mamuro, Usagi realized the real identity of Venus. And Usagi finally got her live concert tickets.

There were a few funny bits especially when Mako tried to secretly purchase Minako’s live concert tickets. She’s such a closet Minako-fangirl. She should proudly proclaim her support for Minako. ^^,

I’m still dissatisfied with the ongoing storyline. Also, I’d rather see Mamuro dressed as Tuxedo Mask rather than wearing that white-Endymion outfit. Oh, and I didn’t seem to catch Motoki, I’m disappointed. Maybe I blinked and missed him.
