Kenran: Episode 12

Whew, it’s been a while since I posted anything about Kenran. I enjoy watching the series but for some reason I always find something else to do before I reach out for my untouched episodes.

While I like Kenran fillers, I love ghost stories as much as Achi does (okay, not really). *snicker* Achi is such a wuss. It’s not particularly scary or anything but I felt that the episode was quite underwhelming. My reaction for the entire episode was, “Um, cute. Next episode please.”

The mystery of the ghost ship, Maki, the molds and the convenient scientific explanations were so contrived that I can’t believe I was bored at the last ten minutes of airtime. Don’t get me wrong, the first half was filled with the funnies but once the detective work took over, it fell flat.

Maybe the next episode would be better than this. Right?

Oh, and I still think Achi deliberately knocked over the bucket of water. *lol*
