Kyou Kara Mao: Episode 10

After all Yuuri’s impulsive actions which mostly lead to mishaps, Konrad should’ve known better than to give to Yuuri’s pleas to join him and the troops in his investigation. Konrad is too soft on Yuuri. How exactly is Yuuri related to him?

Once the group were in the town, Yuuri as usual enthusiastically looks around the place. When Konrad instructs him to stay put in a relatively safe place with Wolfram and soldiers, Yuuri decided it was unfair to leave all the work to Konrad. A few flattering words from Yuuri was all it takes to break down Wolfram’s barrier. So, off they go. Despite Yuuri’s good intentions, everything goes wrong and he was kidnapped. Oh, well. He’s like the damsel in distress most of the time.

I still find Wolfram’s jealous remarks funny. He actually imposed to Yuuri not to talk to ladies and pretty-faced men. The boy is smitten and Yuuri is dense as ever. Also, I’m delighted to learn that even though Wolfram talks harshly about his brother Konrad, he truly care for him.

One significant name is mentioned in the episode. Julia, a very important woman in Konrad’s life was taken away from him because of the war. We’ll probably learn about her later on.
