Tenshi na Konamaiki: Episode 40

How nice to arrive home and be greeted by a TnK release. I’m a mere leech so I’ll take what I can from A-E. Such a good day today. My Gackt CDs arrived earlier, I’m poised to watch two episodes of Samurai 7, and I have my Megu-Genzo fix. ^^

After Yanagizawa’s defeat, he was forced into an evil scheme planned by Miki’s ex-fiance. Yanagizawa gathered a hefty number of cohorts to target each group sans the Keiko/Fujiko team and lure Megu into a dangerous position.

Kobayashi successfully fend off their attackers. Genzo (the wild animal that he is) instinctively sensed danger and defeated the opponents. Yasuda was also smart enough to see warning signs. However, his weak body was not enough to defend himself and his partner. As bad as his situation was, he managed to stay calm under pressure. Yasuda, I never knew that you had it in you.

Frankly, I’m way too biased at this point to give an objective comment for this series. SD scenes and Megu-Genzo moments are all I need to keep this audience member happy. I’ve come to think of Genzo as lovable albeit stupid pet whom I adore unconditionally.
