Adult Swim Premieres

update:
For all its faults, I really appreciate CN’s decision not to touch the OP/ED and most of the BGM of any of the series included in the Adult Swim Block. And the premiere reminded me of my love for GitS: SAC’s OP theme.

As far as dubs go, it’s okay. I might eventually warm up to the VAs. But the kid playing Al needs to attend acting workshop because he reads his lines in complete monotone.

As most of you may already know, FMA and GitS: SAC are premiering on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim this weekend.

I’m not a big fan of dubs but I’d say CN’s Adult Swim block churns out decent episodes. Heh, I’m already pimpin’ FMA to one of my bosses at work who’s a casual anime watcher. I’m slowly trying to get him to watch subs.

BTW, I read that CN’s going to air some kind of Puffy AmiYumi show on Nov 19. I’m vaguely interested.
