Tactics: Episode 07

What? Am I seeing things? Is it wrong to assume that there’s indeed growth lurking within the episode? Okay, that’s an exaggerated reaction. Pushing aside the monster-of-the-week, I am surprised at the tightening bond between Kantarou and Haruka. And how can I not enjoy witnessing the first serious fight of our favorite couple? (Sorry Muu-chan and hubby, they’re the main characters after all.)

Although the relationship between Kantarou and Haruka somewhat deepens, I am slightly bothered by Kantarou’s test. Did it simply highlight the loyalty and friendship? Or did it emphasized the true state of their relationship as a master-servant pair?

BTW, what’s up with the weird frames in certain angles? I don’t usually nitpick with animation. But the drop of quality on some scenes is certainly noticeable especially with the previous episodes’ consistent HQ releases.
