Twin Spica: Episode 15

Why do I always have to bring out the kleenex whenever I watch an episode of Twin Spica? Darnit, I become a crybaby when it comes to this title. *sigh*

Asumi’s attempts to include Marika to any group participation becomes a source of nuisance for Marika. Because of Asumi’s ever-optimistic attitude, she mistaken her for a sheltered individual who has not experienced *real* pain. Of course, Asumi, being as she is, will not even think of defending herself. Instead, Fuuchuya straightens Marika’s perception of Asumi. After looking up news archives, Marika realizes the extent of horror Asumi must’ve gone through.

Marika’s unwillingness to let anyone inside her heart comes from the years of seclusion on her own home. And Asumi’s presence constantly reminds her of the things she yearns most, family, friends, someone to be with.
