Bleach: Episode 17

In between packing (I’m moving in two days) and *more* interesting series, I literally forgot about this episode. Too bad, since we’re right in the middle of the *good* stuff.

Basically, Ichigo is beaten up and Rukia is taken away. So what should a typical protagonist on a fighting anime do? Ding-ding-ding-ding. Yep, he needs to power-up. But in order to gain skill, a mentor, Urahara in this case, is required. And since I derive pleasure from watching training-episodes, there’s a ninety percent chance of enjoyment for the next ep.
