One Piece: Episode 130

The Straw Hat crew bids their farewell to Vivi and Carue but gains new member aboard. The former right-hand man of Crocodile, Nico Robin asks Luffy to accept her as one of his own. As idiotic as Luffy might act, his instincts usually point him to the correct path. He probably also overheard her conversation with the king of Arabasta regarding her dreams of discovering the Rio Poneglyph.

Of course, the rest of the crew did not readily embrace her as them. Well, except for Sanji, he’s simply a lost cause when it comes to women. However, Nico Robin has strategy mapped out. Luffy and Chopper are easily amused with her Devil fruit powers. Ussop puts on a brave front until he has fallen to Luffy’s gags. Nami initially disapproves of Nico’s association with them but once she saw sparkling gems, she made a three-hundred-sixty turn-about. Only Zoro remains insistent on keeping an eye on the newcomer.

On a different note, can someone jolt my memory on Pell’s fate in the manga? Have I skipped over a page? Or have I forgotten about any resurrection of the great warrior? I assumed that he remained in peace. (>_ < ) I’m confused, now.
