WTF! Feisty Rukia has been reduced to fragile-looking prisoner. How tragic for her character. But somehow, I believe that her current doll-like persona is the result of mere resignation.

I can only speculate on her current status. Like a pawn in a chess game, she must have been manipulated into this situation. The encounter with Ichigo might not be coincidental after all. Since the signals given to shinigamis to find hollows are provided by those from Soul Society, it is possible that she was specifically chosen to be in that area. Then again, she seems to have anticipated this judgment…

BTW, does this headshot look familiar? Just take those scratches out and morph them into whiskers. *lol*
