Tenshi na Konamaiki: Episode 48

Miki’s ex-fiance, the quintessential uber-villain, plays his role with gusto. He sets an elaborate trap leading up to the tower where princess is held captive. It’s up to the gang to think of a game plan. The first task is to remove ticking time bomb attached to Fujiki’s back in only ten minutes. When push comes to shove, Fujiki shows his heroics by jumping into the waterfalls even without any swimming skills. Although he lost his floating device, Yoshimi saves the day fishes him out of the water. That one point for team Megu (with a little outside help).

Who would’ve guessed that Yoshimi becomes smitten with the normal Fujiki? Weirder still, Keiko obliges to Yoshimi’s request to help the resident average joe. Keiko may be a major pain but beneath it all, she can be a softee whenever it matters. Of course, she’d rather die than openly show Megu that vulnerable side of hers.
