Glass Mask: Episode 08

Two words: Purple rose. A little phrase which inspires innumerable daydreams and little sighs to those who wonder about masked emotions and star-crossed lovers. *sigh* My insides has turned all gooey and mushy. I love it.

Masumi’s cold business persona is working like clockwork. Yet one look at Maya’s pained expression triggers a flicker of unwanted sentiments. A threatening conversation, an accidental meeting, and a young girl’s precious keepsake spark a behemothic misunderstanding and a very intriguing and addicting romance.

Sakurakouji may be a better choice for our heroine, but he lacks the oomph that makes my inner school-girl’s heart flutter. Then, there’s my undying pledge for the MasumixMaya OTP. ^^;;

After the Maya-Masumi encounter, I pretty much blocked out almost every single thing not directly attached to the scene. An incident that will likely happen repeatedly in the course of the season.
