Bleach: Episode 38

Although Shinsui Kyoraku prefers non-violence, he immobilizes the intruder with one quick blow, earning Sado a complete defeat. Our resident muscle-dude fails his attempt at infiltrating the court.
Meanwhile, Ichigo refuses to face Kenpachi and continues to run away. His unsuccessful strike at Kenpachi, in addition to the over-powering aura, leaves him trembling with fear. A massive effort of calming down oneself helps him concentrate on wounding his opponent. This small victory give him a temporary boost of confidence only to be jolted back to reality when Kenpachi shows another surprising attack.
After a few impressive episodes, the studio offers the Ichigo-Kenpachi smackdown. Never fear, for this installment delivers fine production values. At least, for a anime face-off. ^^;;
The plot movement momentarily stands still. Audience members may have to wait till this thrilling encounter concludes before expecting advancement in the storyline. For now, we are about to witness another round of Ichigo power-up. This is a fighting anime after all. I can’t wait for their climactic battle.
