Ginban Kaleidoscope: Episode 02

As I’ve mentioned in the previous entry, Ginban Kaleidoscope is one fluff piece. It has simple enough narrative to predict the way this series will end. The two possibly ‘biggest’ questions are probably Tazusa’s non-expression during a performance and the resolution of ghost-dude. I am expecting ansgty history with Tazusa’s past and once she breaks away from this, she most likely become an uber-skater who outshines her rivals. Or something to that effect. As for ghost-dude, I am betting that he’s not really dead and his body is somewhere in a comatose state. In short, think cliche. Then, there’s the matter of a not-so-impressive animation which can be a turn off if one enjoys the eye-candy. Still, as long as one realizes that this series isn’t taking itself seriously at all, it’s hilarious as it can be. I mean, my gawd, by the end of the episode, I will never look at a piece tomato the same way again. And that last scene… pure gold.

Nice cheestastic OP/ED themes, btw. I will definitely appreciate the single once it comes out. It’s cute and fun, kinda like Tazu’s skating outfits in the opening sequence.
