One Piece: Episode 162

Forgive me Father, for I have sinned. It has been thirty-two days since my last One Piece episode. Eeep, and here I call myself a die-hard OP-fan. How shameful, I tell you. This must be remedied with a much needed marathon viewing… that is if I have the time.
How kind of Priest Shura to offer a brief exposition to his prey, Chopper. Why do condescending villains always have the urge to explain their plans to the intended victim? Do they teach this in Evil Academy? Or maybe it is mandatory… Either way, it makes for much more easier viewing. I suppose, it only reiterates the rule that I must not utilize my brain cells whilst viewing uber-tournament-like fighting episodes. I knew there’s a reason why I love One Piece. Hee. And take note, I’m saying this all with much lurv.
Seriously though, taking out Shura’s unnecessary babbling, the encounter between him and the former-god-turned-knight-of-the-sky is quite a trip to watch. Ex-god pulls out a kamehame wave and survives the ordeal without being a laughingstock. In fact, he looks splendidly cool after the move. I salute you, oh-so-great-one.
