Black Cat: Episode 09

A cross-dressing Sven adds another title in his ever-increasing name. Of course, one can argue that he reluctantly dons on that ladies\’ couture. But then again I ask, how come he has such a thing — which comes with a parasol, no less — readily available at hand? Hmmm.. Another hobby perhaps? I mean, he easily finds a friend during his night out. And in fairness, if Sven shaves off his stubble on his chin and take away that yucky ciggy, he\’ll make a lovely lady. Quick! Someone call Mr. Higgins.

Speaking of friends, Train makes one in the form of a surprisingly non-irksome Kyouko. Erm, more of a fan, I think. Kyouko in lovestruck mode definitely entertains instead of annoys. Her popsicle prop even manages to earn giggles throughout the entire episode. If it becomes a running gag, it\’s a different matter though.

Sven finally shows his trump card in front of Train. This comes as a surprise since they\’ve been together for at least six months. Not that it greatly matters to me but it would\’ve been better if their opponent is a stronger foe than that sicko Gyanza. Oh, well. At least, this installment is much better than I expected.

Oh, the next episode will be featuring psycho-dude Creed. I am positively mollified.
