Black Cat: Episode 13

After a crushing rejection from the elusive Train, resident Psycho Rose dude bounces to his usual vigor. His complicated flame for will not be easily extinguished. Yes, that\’s what our protagonist need, a demented stalker.

Meanwhile, Hat dude Charden realizes the extent of Creed\’s mental instability. Seeing a dead ally killed by his own leader in cold-blood makes one rethink his priorities. He leaves the organization with Kyouko tagging along. Soon after, pursuers hunt down the duo and begins the attack with Kyouko.

Kyouko\’s concerns are neither with the organization nor with her own safety, romantic kisses with her oh-so-dashing prince is all she desires. She tracks Train\’s usual spot and proceeds to express her lurv for the man. *cough*stalker*cough* Unfortunately, the place goes boom and the doctor dude appears. He is about to shoot an experimental bullet to the ex-mate only to be intercepted by Train. The bullet only grazes Train but the effects are pretty devastating. And so begins another season…

Even if one removes the comedic outings, what\’s left is still a whole lot of story developments, character arcs, and fanservice: Charden and Kyouko\’s departure, the nano bullet, Train\’s transformation, and don\’t forget the Kyouko-vision of bishified Train. Not bad for a transition episode. Although I am not entirely sure how Creed will react to his beloved\’s sudden change of appearance. Would he still accept him as his bride partner? Or will he abandon the idea and pursue another lover?

BTW, it\’s a nice touch to have Black Cat\’s bad luck on the thirteenth episode. A mere coincidence? I think not.
