Noein: Episode 13

What?! The resident psycho is no more? How can this be? Wasn’t obliterated from the previous episode? Then again, he merely disappears from Karasu and Fukurou’s sight so his re-appearance is not so much of a stretch.
Just when I thought the Atori character cannot go any better, audiences meet a sympathetic amnesiac Atori with slight siscon tendencies. Noein goes for the uber-daytime soap plot and this blogger did not bat an eyelash. Hee. In addition to my utter fondness for the dude, I am easy to please. Hence, a smooth acceptance from yours truly. Not to mention, the non-psychotic look in Atori resembles a vulnerable and huggable pet. Or maybe it’s just me. How I would love to explore his past without the psychosis. Obviously, the metamorphosis into a Dragon Knight pushed his mental state into the edge and produced an unstable mind. One-dimensional villain, he is definitely not. Oh, how I enjoy Noein’s curve balls.
As audiences revel at the complete transformation of the ex-psycho dude, Karasu hovers near death. Resident goody-goody Tobi discovers the dilemma and assists the former colleague. A cure is almost in their grasp when the annoying Kosagi drops by in an attempt to irk audiences recover the Dragon Torque. But Atori intervenes and so does dude from Lacrima whose name I cannot recall. In short, Kosagi says bye-bye to the gang while Karasu regenerates.
Why can’t Kosagi admit her, erm, feelings for Karasu? Her jealous rage only brings out constant annoyance to this viewer. She should have gone poof instead of Fukurou.
