One Piece: Episode 172
Each of the Straw Hat crew members find their own way amidst the igniting war in Sky Piea.
Chopper meets a rather idiotic looking priest. The swamp dude embodies true strength equipped for combat yet fortunately, his brains are a bit lacking. So our little one exploits the weakness and kicks butt. Whee for Chopper.
On another part of the island, an ancient relic appears before Robin. However, an enemy makes a violent entrance, oblivious to the importance of the artifacts. Robin tries to defend it to no avail.
Luffy, on the other hand, is still unaware of the identity of the “cave” which is he is trapped in. He wanders around the place with pretty much nothing else to do. Nami is presumably still on board Going Merry with the fried Ussop and Sanji. As for Zoro, err, he’s definitely lost somewhere in the woods.
More combat episodes to follow. But right now, I am honestly more enamored with the manga more than the anime. Nico Robin flashback? Hell, yeah!
