Black Cat: Episode 14

Chibi!BC in cosplay mode! I don\’t know about you, gentle reader. But a glimpse of Goth chibi-Train is a sight trumping a cross-dressing Sven. Then again, the yummy semi-nekked Train pretty much trumps \’em all. Aaaah, life is truly good. Hee, Creed must be salivating while in his rose bath.
The Loli-bait alert once again rings its infamous bells. The recent fixation of this blogger with psycho Rose and angsty!BC has admittedly dulled my interest for the resident pedo-pair. Yet since Eve graciously reminds audiences of the questionable status, this viewer happily obliges to scrutinize the duo. Have I mentioned how much I enjoy this show?
Humor aside, this chapter — continuing from the previous episode — serves as a transition to another major story arc. It lays down the foundation for inquiries on nano-technology which I assume will play an extremely significant role for the season. In addition, it presents developing character arcs for our unlikely heroes. In this case, Train\’s remembrance of the mentorship of his parents\’ murderer and Eve\’s realization on Sven. The episode achieves its purpose and more.
I can\’t believe I ignored the new ending theme which debuted last episode. As with cheestastic j-pop tracks, I am enamoured.
On an unrelated note, a big welcome back to Jeff for his new and improved \”Hop Step Jump!\”. I\’m looking forward to his witty one-liners. Now, if only David rejoins the anime blogging world… *hint, hint* ;p
