Black Cat: Episode 16

Saya is alive? Wait. It\’s a look alike. But the song… Awww. How cruel. Gawd, I miss Saya. She brings a certain melancholy and warmth to the show. I live for the goofy and effed up Black Cat. Yet a break from the adrenaline and the funny will always be welcome in exchange for Saya-goodness.
Alas, the ghost from beyond is not Saya but merely someone who eerily resembles her. Never fear, of course. For the slight detour, reminds viewers of the massive impact of Saya in Train\’s life — as if we could ever forget –, in addition to the importance of the forged relationship with his current partners.
Will Saki be a one-shot character? Or will the child she protects be an integral part later on the program? Is the director planting seeds for a future storyline? I hope so. This subplot is a delicious route to tackle. Hearing the familiar song from Saki\’s lips brings out the inevitable question on her association to Saya. And there\’s the intricate designs on the guns… Oh, well. I doubt there\’s more to it. I haven\’t touched the manga for a long while so I have no idea. And to those who are in the know, no spoilers please.
I really miss Saya. Damn you, Creed. I guess when it comes to Saya, even I can momentarily dislike the psycho dude.
