Manga lurv

As if to continue the pseudo Pre-heart’s day celebration, an unlikely package unexpectedly arrives today. A stack of shoujo manga purchased from Amazon.jp graces my doorway as soon as I return from errands. And to think, I haven’t even touched half of the tankoubon I won from Ebay a month ago. My manga backlog is rather big right now. ^^;;

Kiss v.01-08 (Matsumoto Tomo). A typical day of boredom had this blogger scouring for new titles. Lo, and behold. A surprisingly fascinating storyline appears before me. And Kiss earns another fangirl in the making. Since only a quarter of the series is left to be scanslated, my impatient self took upon the task to find other resources. Meaning, find the untranslated ones themselves. With Amazon.jp happy to grant my wishes, a package is sent. ;p Hee. I just really liked the series.

Parfait Tic v.13-16 (Nanaji Nagamu). Argh. I thought that Parfait Tic stops at volume 16. To my dismay, the last page is stamped with a ‘to be continued’ mark. =( In some ways, this gives me hope that the heroine will end up with the dude I root for. Hmmm. Is the series already finished and just waiting for the tankoubons to be published? Or is it still on-going?

Shinshi Doumei Cross v.03 (Tanemura Arina). Well, what can I say? It’s Tanemura-sensei. ’nuff said.

Skip Beat v.11 (Nakamura Yoshiki). Since I’m very much smitten with Skip Beat, the tanks are now an automatic buy. And I know I’ll be collecting the translated ones too. In a slightly related topic, I know I already mentioned this before but why hasn’t anyone license Tokyo Crazy Paradise? It’s one of the best titles around the shoujo line.
