Princess, Princess: Episode 02

Three delicate girly lads are not enough to satisfy the whims of my the fangirl-dom. The law requires manly men proudly standing beside (or behind) the androgynous beauties. Alas, Princess, Princess fails to deliver the testosterone-driven lookers. A clique of uber-metrosexuals replaces the pseudo-macho counterparts. And I say, not bad at all. Hee.

Blue-haired girly lad’s overnight popularity gains him an invitation to the madness called Princess System. Tempted with special perquisites, Blue accepts the formal request from the student council. The delighted student prez huddles with his cronies and whispers, “Sucker!”

And the reign of the Rainbow squadron — Pink, Orange, and Blue — begins. The trio forges an alliance. Their mission: To obliterate dispirited shadows lurking on young boys’ hearts.

Insanity or pure brilliance? Whoever devised the Princess System will either be worshiped or stoned to death. I prefer the former, yet the latter sounds appealing too.

The entertainment value of Princess, Princess increases three-fold. Chemistry is the word. The trio’s performance proves to be a giggle-inducing ride.
