Manga lurv

Old habits die hard. In my case, extremely hard.
I am currently in the midst of moving. And I have been slowly packing up my trinkets. One of the worst in the lot: my book collection. It used up five BIG boxes. And I still have enough for one box. Tell me how one can accumulate so many things in a span of two years?
Since I am about to move in next couple of weeks, I promised not to add to the clutter. Alas, the pull towards the nearest Borders is hard to resist. It is funny how gravity works. Hence, my little stack today.
Skip Beat v.1 - 2 (Yoshiki Nakamura). I LOVE Nakamura-sensei. Even though I have the untranslated volumes, I have been waiting for this title months ago. I cannot believe I actually forgot about SB. *shakes head* Well, it is better late than never.
Fullmoon wo Sagashite v.6 (Arina Tanemura). Only one more to go. Whee. Maybe after the completion of this series, Viz will start releasing Shinshi Doumei Cross. I cannot wait.
Genshiken v.6 (Kio Shimoku). I have not read this volume yet. For some reason, I have not touched the scans. Weird, no?
Happy Hustle High v.5 (Rio Takada). I am a dork. I just remembered that I already have this one. I need to return this back. Argh.
Nodame Cantabile v.6 (Tomoko Ninomiya). We need more Nodame pimpage. The drama and anime will definitely give this wonderful title exposure to the rest of the fandom. Although at the same time, I am worried about the transition to another medium. Classical music is a big part of the book. (Sometimes, I will play the tracks mentioned while reading it.) So it will be immensely disappointing if we would be hearing poor performances. I anxiously anticipate the OP/ED themes.
One Piece v.11 (Eiichiro Oda). I admit that I just read the scans even if I have the book at hand. ^^;; I am still compelled to acquire it, though. And no, it is not because I am supporting the industry. As if, I care. I do not give a damn about that. I simply like collecting… BTW, has anyone read the latest OP chapters? Omigod.
Tsubasa Chronicles v.10 (CLAMP). This is the point where it becomes interesting for me. Oh, I cannot wait the chapters where Shaoran grows a personality.
xxxHolic v.7 (CLAMP). Say what you will to xxxHolic but they have awesome covers.

I might be feeling slightly guilty, but I have a semi-valid excuse for this little trip to the store. It is a celebration of a certain day. It should be acceptable, right?
