I've seen the anime, and it didn't seem horrible. In fact, I liked it a lot. But, I could see at parts where it was most likely better in the manga (the characters especially) I shall assume this will be a book that I'll read, and have my eyes forced open to the fact that the anime suckled. It's mostly because I've been angsting for this adaptation since forever. While I didn't expect spectacular, I wanted the spark that led me to enjoy the manga.
