What is anime? Anime: n. a Japanese style of motion-picture animation, characterized by highly stylized, colorful art, futuristic settings, violence, and sexuality. (Dictionary.com) Simply put, they are Japanese cartoons. And yes, I said cartoons. Sue me.

Who runs “YSP: Duh!”? It’s me, Ten.
What is this site exactly? It is your average anime blog filled with the usual fanwank, commentaries, and recaps. That sort of thing.
Why the anime site thing-y? Yummy Sushi Pajamas initially started as another blog to jot down random personal thoughts. However, my countless visits to popular anime blogs began to flavor YSP with random anime entries. On December 2003, I officially morphed the site as an anime blog and dubbed it as YSP: Duh!.
*snickers* Yummy sushi pajamas? Hey, it could’ve been worse. Plus, it’s a Buffy thing.
Why “Duh!”? I have no idea. Maybe I was inebriated…
Any strong position on fansubs since you’re practically whoring on it? Erm. Not really. The thought of engaging in a debate regarding fansubs vs [insert whatever] makes me want to puke.
Any position on anime politics at all? I’d rather poke my eyeballs.
So how about merchandise and loots? Oh, I like them. Nay, I love them. They are sooooooo purty and shiny… Erm… I mean, I am inclined to give my support to the industry and… *coughs*
